Submitted by Turbulence Training Blog
Alright, got up and trained early today because I am off to Cleveland this afternoon.

Before training I had a blender drink:
1c almond milk
1 banana
strawberries
blueberries
almond butter
almonds
spinach
I also had [...]

Exercise After Lunch
Submitted by My Fitness Hut Blog
I like to exercise right after lunch—like walk for 30 minutes after lunch. Why?
1. It keeps me alert during those afternoon “sleepy hours.” I don’t get sluggish or sleepy.
2. It burns calories immediately after I just ate the calories.
3. It keeps my metabolism “humming” during the day.
4. The walk after [...]
