Do You Have A Workout Accountability Parter?
Submitted by My Fitness Hut Blog
So, you have set these great fitness goals for yourself and now you’re ready to get started on your workouts! Hopefully, you also made a commitment to a lifetime of fitness! I have a question for you: Who is going to hold you accountable for reaching your goals? An accountability partner, or support partner, is critical for helping you meet your fitness goals.
Your support system can include a spouse, friend, workout partner, brother/sister, exercise group or personal trainer. Basically, it is anyone who knows what you are attempting to do and will encourage you along the way (even tough love if necessary). Workout partners are great if they are serious about fitness and have made commitments similar to your own.
As a personal trainer, there are many people in my support system. My clients hold me accountable. A client should expect for her or his personal trainer to be in shape and love health and fitness. Also, I have 4-5 people that I will workout with if I choose to on that day. Even if I decide to workout alone, these people know if I’m there or not. I also know if they are getting in their regular workouts. So, it works both ways.
Don’t try to go through the “battle for fitness” alone. There are many frustrations (in life and fitness) along the way and you need the support system to stay on the fitness track.

Ever Came home from a long day at work or school and just felt like Not going to the gym? By the time you get home its dark, Rainy outside, your favorite show is on, and to top it off…. its Leg training day… Doesn’t sound too motivating huh!
The Best way to keep up that motivation and stay on your routine…. Is having a compatible Fitness Partner.
Motivation
A good Fitness Partner will help push your limits. Wether through competition or teamwork, having a compatible partner will improve your game and abilities. They will pace you through your run, spot you on the bench, help you keep your schedule.
Compatibility
Your Fitness partner should share similar training objectives. The reason is simple: If you’re training to increase muscle mass and your partner is training for weight loss, you’ll waste a lot of time changing weights after sets.
It’s hard to find a good Fitness partner these days with our hectic schedules, various interests and convenient locations… but now with the help of www.MyWorkoutSpot.com. you can create a fitness profile and find a compatible fitness partner in your OWN gym or neighborhood absolutely FREE.
