Two Workouts A Day Produces More Growth Hormone And Fat Burn

With all the talk about some athletes using growth hormone formulas (which is stupid in my opinion), you should know that your body naturally produces growth hormone. According to research, growth hormone in your adult body works great to produce the fat-burning results you want.

Growth hormone elevations during exercise have been shown to decrease body fat and increase protein synthesis after exercise. Growth hormone helps promote tissue repair and muscle mass growth from lifting weights. Research also shows that growth hormone increases in proportion to exercise duration during aerobic activity.

Doing a second workout during the day (even a short one) keeps growth hormone levels high throughout the day. This will give you even more body fat burning.

Finally, growth hormone increases more in men than in women when both had the same exercise load. HARD, SMART WORKOUTS WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE GROWTH HORMONE INCREASES THAT YOU NEED! YOU DON’T HAVE TO TAKE SHORTCUTS WITH FORMULAS THAT COULD BE DANGEROUS FOR YOUR BODY!

This is not correct. Growth hormone levels will increase from the INTENSITY of aerobic training, not the duration. The physique of a sprinter compared to a distance runner would be a real world example of this.

Thanks John…I believe I included hard, smart workouts in the growth hormone equation….
