Thirteen Weeks Until Memorial Day

If you’re here in the ‘States you’ve got a full thirteen weeks until Memorial Day Weekend, the start of beach season.
Think back to to New Year’s Eve… Was this the year that you were going to look great at the beach? How are you doing? Is the fat coming off? Are you looking jacked?
Look, here’s the deal. You’ve got plenty of time, if you start now. Most bodybuilders prepare for their contests in 12-16 weeks. Probably you’re not planning to get quite as lean as they do, but it goes to show you what can be done in a few short weeks if one is motivated and focused.
If you don’t have a plan, then you’re in luck. This week we’re going to focus step by step on setting up a plan for you to drop some serious poundage by Memorial Day. Tonight I want you to visualize EXACTLY what you want to look like. Think of what size clothes you’d buy, what activities you’ll take part in, and what the reaction of your friends will be. We’re going to take the steps to make that a reality.
