Cancer Risks and the Big Secret in Hormone Replacements
I’m not very liberal by nature but I was just a bit disturbed when I found some research on the web which was the data behind an article in the current issue of Clinical Cancer Research.
A supplement (testosterone supplement?) was taken off the market because researchers believe that it may pose an urgent human health risk. However, incredulously for legal reasons, the researchers won’t name the supplement. Is there something wrong with that? It seems to me that all men who have hormone replacements in their medicine cabinet should toss them before we find out exactly which product this was.
One leading North American urologist stated, “Many men are on androgen replacement therapy or some kind of male hormone replacement and there’s always been a concern this may stimulate the growth of prostate cancer cells.“
